BPC is proud to announce our upcoming National Pride Conference, hosted in person! This event is the first of its kind that connects LGBTQ+ students and allies at various post-secondary institutions across Canada.
Out in Business
This event not only brought LGBTQ+ professionals from various industries to share their experiences of being out in the workplace and how you can be better allies but also hosted the first ever DRAG SHOW in the business school!!!
National Pride in Business Conference
Each year, we host a undergraduate National Pride Conference that brings together 100+ LGBTQ+ students and allies from across Canada for a personal and professional development conference that focuses on building confidence in discovering their authentic selves.
Rainbow Round Table
The Rainbow Roundtable is our student favourite networking event that connects students with industry professionals in a meaningful and memorable setting. This event gave both sides the chance to have intimate, honest discussions about LGBTQ+ related issues in the workplace. From the feedback we received from students, this event allowed individuals to explore key issues in a new light and brought perspective to both the struggles and opportunities available for LGBTQ+ members in the workplace.
Kick-Off
Every year, BPC kicks off the school year with our annual social event at Twisted Element, Calgary’s most well-known LGBTQ+ friendly space/bar for a night of socializing, drag shows and dancing!
Community Building
We host various social events to connect the student LGBTQ+ community. Such as, Drag Race Trivia Nights, Rock Climbing and Ice Skating events!
