OUR MISSION
BPC is dedicated to making a lasting impact on the Haskayne School of Business community through our various social events and programs. While our efforts are largely driven by our professional focus, our main goal is to ensure students feel safe, welcome and connected, no matter their background.

BPC strives to bridge the gap between the professional and academic pride communities in a way that enlightens, educates, and encourages diversity. Open to LGBTQ+ members and allies alike, BPC fosters a sense of community for individuality, and expression. By bringing diversity to the forefront of our events, BPC intends to create a space that promotes inclusivity and authenticity in both a personal and professional manner.
Networking Events
BPC takes advantage of our various sponsors and their extensive Pride networks to give students the opportunity to hear from industry professionals. At our networking events, you can take part in open, honest, and insightful conversations with LGBTQ+ members and allies working for some of the biggest firms in Calgary!
Social Events
Our social events provide students with a safe, inclusive space where they can connect with like-minded individuals and foster a sense of community. With various events such as drag show trivia or kick-offs at the local pride club, BPC continues to bring our members together in fun and creative ways!
Awareness
Part of BPC's mission is to continuously work to make our community a safer and more inclusive space. This means giving voice to the various issues surrounding the LGBTQ+ community in a meaningful and impactful way. Whether it's in-person or on social media, our club strives to raise awareness and remain advocates for our community.
